Investly Capital – Advisory Team Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using investlycapital.com (the “Site”), including participation as an advisory team member, consultant, or authorized user, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Advisory Team Participation Terms (collectively, the “Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
The Site is operated by Investly Capital (“Investly Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is intended solely for internal team members, advisors, partners, and other authorized participants.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided to support Investly Capital’s investment, acquisition, advisory, and operational activities by facilitating collaboration, information sharing, and administrative coordination. Content on the Site does not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, nor does it constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Advisory Team – Invitation and Intent
Purpose
The advisory team’s primary objective is to provide strategic guidance, industry insights, and value-added services to Investly Capital, its managers, and portfolio companies, both pre-acquisition and post-acquisition.
Intent
Investly Capital maintains a limited number of advisory relationships. When specific needs arise, advisory team members may be contacted for information regarding services, availability, scope, and potential engagement terms. Engagements are evaluated on a deal-by-deal or project-by-project basis.
No Obligation or Commitment
Participation does not create any binding commitment for either party.
- Investly Capital may or may not engage an advisory team member for any opportunity
- Advisory team members may accept or decline participation at their discretion
No employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created.
4. Advantages of Advisory Participation
Advisory team members may be:
- Included in Investly Capital’s shortlist of preferred advisors and service providers
- Introduced internally within Investly Capital’s ecosystem
- Referenced in appropriate business or collaboration contexts
Participation does not involve fees, revenue sharing, or guaranteed engagements.
5. Advisory Profile Sharing Terms
To promote transparency and collaboration, Investly Capital may display limited professional profiles of advisory team members on the Site or in similar related materials.
By accepting an advisory invitation or participating on the Site, you agree to the following:
Consent
You consent to the display and use of your professional profile information.
Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information.
Information Shared
May include:
- Name
- Company name
- Title or role
- Service or industry specialty
- Professional photo
- LinkedIn profile
Personal contact information (such as email or phone number) will not be shared without explicit consent.
Usage
Information is used solely to:
- Promote Investly Capital and its advisory ecosystem
- Facilitate collaboration among business owners, sellers, brokers, lenders, investors, and consultants
- Support private equity and acquisition-related activities
Opt-Out
You may request modification or removal of your profile at any time by either deleting your account (login and click “Delete Account” at bottom right hand section of profile management page). If this fails please contact Investly Capital.
6. Eligibility and Access
Certain areas of the Site require authorization or login credentials. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and to provide accurate information.
Investly Capital reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Upload malicious, confidential, or unauthorized content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with Site security or functionality
Usage may be monitored for security and compliance purposes.
